Understanding the increasing demand of quality products among customers, Juneja Manufacturing Co. came into existence in 1972. We are a renowned manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of C.I. Valves that consist of Sluice Valve, Non-return Valve, Butterfly Valve, Ball Valve, Wafer Check Valve, Pulp Valve, Fire Hydrant Valve, Single Action Air Valve, Air release Valve, and C.I. Fittings. Our company produces more than 20,000 valves annually. It is our customer oriented approach that we have satisfied a large customer base over the past years. We have obtained ISO-9001:2000 certification from United Register of Quality Assurance and our company is on the approved list of main valve consumers & consultants of the country.
Situated in the northern part of India over a large area of 4800 sq. yards, our company boasts of in-house arrangements of various castings & forgings to ensure quality from the very first stage of manufacturing process. Research & Development
We
have a research & development department, which is supported by a
team of highly qualified and skilled Design Engineers. Computer aided
design facility along with internet helps us develop new designs in
accordance with customers' needs and improvising the existing products
at par with current market trends. Regular technical training programs
are conducted to keep them updated and capable enough to render best
possible support to customers. We take pride in saying that three of
our officials have completed the course of Lead Auditors and 20 others
as Internal Auditors of Quality Management System as per ISO: 9000.
Quality AssuranceBeing
an ISO 9001 2000 certified organization, we follow a Quality
Assurance plan & procedure to check the quality of our products.
Our quality check experts keep strict control on quality in all stages
of production right from the procurement of raw material to shipment of
consignment. Our in-house quality control lab is well equipped with all
facilities for chemical analysis. We have successfully done Seismic
Tests, Shock Testing, Pull Test, Fire Test and Cryogenic and Life Cycle
Tests. We maintain the quality as per ISI or customers' specifications.
The testing process includes the following:- Before casting, moulds in the floor are checked.
- Pouring
of metal in moulds is done under the supervision of experts. It is
helpful minimize or eliminate the possibilities of blow holes, cold
shut inclusion of impurities in the molten metal.
- We check the rough casting first visually and then dimensionally.
- After testing, defective casting are rejected.
- We test the valves & pipe fitting hydraulically to ensure that the metal withstand the required test pressure.
- Finally, the grinding, fettling and painting before dispatch are done under the necessary supervision.
- To ensure the grade of the casting, tensile hardness tests are periodically carried out.
- We take corrective measure, wherever any deviation is found to ensure non-recurrence.
